Lifting Chain: Wear resistant, heart treated, Gr., 80, IS-6216 special Alloy Steel load chian. The chain is claibrated andtested.
Gears: Precision hob cut Spur Gears running on antifriction ball bearings are very silent and having maximum unning efficiency. The Gears are lubricated with high viscosity and high temperature resistant grease. The gears are housed in dust-proof cast housing and ensure no further lubrication.
Hook: Forged steel hook confirms to IS 3815 and tested as per Indian Dock Regulation Act. Hooks ae provided with safety latch as standard feature.
Test: The Manual Chain Hoist is tested at 50% overload before despatch, and test certificate is given with respective machine no.
